The month of July may have been known for some record-breaking temperatures in our home state of Wisconsin, but it was also one of our most productive and impressive months in Artemax history. Reason being, we manufactured a groundbreaking 34.4 million wristbands in a single week! To put that into perspective, our production facility manufactures on average 5-6 million wristbands per day (25-30 million per week). This means we surpassed that by producing an additional 4.4 million wristbands in July!
Not only is this astounding in terms of added volume, but it further demonstrates the level of commitment our team displays in an effort to meet customer demand. We’re beyond excited to reach this milestone only halfway through 2019, and look forward to exceeding our standards in the future. And now on to celebrating the achievements and growth of the people that make this hardworking team what it is.
In Addition to our jaw-dropping production metrics this month...
We have many employees to recognize for their exceptional service and commitment to Artemax. One of the ways in which we achieve this is through our observance of “Associate of the Quarter,” otherwise known as AOQ.
Every 3 months, we ask our team members to nominate a fellow coworker they feel exemplifies the values of dedication, integrity, and commitment to the team as a whole. Once a winner has been selected, we celebrate them with an extended luncheon where we applaud the ways in which they’ve contributed to our organization (because, what better way to do this than with delicious food and time to socialize with one another?).

When we have all hands on deck, we’re able to be a best-in-class wristband manufacturer, which is why this is a strongly held value at Artemax.
