POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Representative supports our Account Management and New Business Development representatives. This very customer-centric role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, impeccable verbal and written skills, the ability to resolve customer issues creatively, and the ability to learn/adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate order entry and fulfillment
- Quote potential customers via phone and email
- Effective customer follow-ups and closing deals
- Handle issues with in-progress orders creatively and efficiently by coordinating with internal departments
- Daily communication with the Account Manager regarding accounts at risk or new trends/opportunities
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts and during the Account Manager's absence
- Deliver industry-leading service and resolve issues completely in every interaction
- Achieve and exceed set key KPIs
