Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the operations of Artemax’s Sales and Customer Service teams, managing essential functions crucial to overall sales productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, directing sales process optimization. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the sales strategy to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin, market share, and other key financial objectives
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for sales teams including both new and existing products
- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales and customer service teams, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance individual and collective performance
- Actively advance and participate in software upgrades and implementation of CRM and ERP systems
- Establish a CRM training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies, prioritizing training objectives for sales and sales support roles
- Analyze, report, and act on data driven from SalesForce or other CRM tools in form of dashboards or Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with Human Resources to develop incentive compensation programs that provide market-competitive pay, reinforces sales organization strategy, and aligns with sales and organizational objectives
- Drive results by working cross-functionally with teams including marketing, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and objectives
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads
- Utilize business acumen and strategic thinking, to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Preferred experience within manufacturing/print technologies, products, and solutions.
