Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day to day office functions. While wearing multiple hats, also provide administrative and executive support.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (900am-300pm), min. of 28-30 hrs/week, schedule is flexible


  • Responsible for the design and layout of the office including building security
  • Administers employee benefits plans and company insurance plans
  • Assist company President & COO with projects and various tasks assigned
  • Payroll administration
  • Partner with HR to design and implement office policies
  • Oversees Administrative Assistant
  • Coordinate trade show logistics including building sample packs
  • Create and complete projects that help move the company forward
  • Promotes a company culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, development, and employee retention
  • Coordination and support for daily lunch program
  • Oversees the planning and execution of company events
  • Prepares and coordinates reports for the Management Team
  • Maintains Emergency Actions procedures including disaster recovery
  • Acts as liaison with department heads for safety compliance
  • Manages relationship with tenant and outside public services

Physical Abilities

  • Able to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arms-length, stoop, kneel and crouch
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to see with colored vision and close vision

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of Executive Assistant or office related experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience, familiarity with ADP payroll system is preferred
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Adaptable and can flourish in a growing industry and fast-paced environment
